Story

A 30 year veteran of the local pub and restaurant scene, Eamonn Manson opened his first place called the Pen in Parson’s Green in 1993, following it up with the Sands End, Brown Cow and Cross Keys which he sold as a group in 2016.

He now owns Brook House on the New Kings Road and in their first collaboration together, Eamonn has joined forces with his longterm pal, the pop art dealer Adrian Palengat to create the Brook and Badger.
